I still stared at the two stallions, quite admittingly shocked. They looked much like the Earth ponies that had a natural talent for growing, had they not have the wings of the birds that flown above us. Wings! Never have I thought I'd see such a thing. It seems as though one of them thought the same about us, for he stared at me with his mouth agape with awe.
I'm glad that I wasn't the only who was a bit stunned.
I took in the other stallion's appearance -a Pegasus I believe my brother had informed me- the odd fluff of fur surrounding his neck acting like a scarf blocking the wings I had try to, as subtle as possible, observe. Of course, I was weary of this new race, but fascinated all the same. What was it like to fly? To feel the breeze in your hair as you swiftly fly through the clouds? The more I pondered on it, the more I wanted to learn more about the Pegasi.
I was ever so glad that the Unicorns had decided to set an alliance with them.

Okey, I've had this idea for who knows how long, and only now did I decide to just draw it out. My main inspiration was the *coughveryoldcough* computer game, Cultures.
The AU is basically a 'Viking arriving at Greenland' thing, but I just decided to make it a 'Unicorns meet the Pegasi for the first time~' > v >
Also, I got the names for America (Dyami) and Canada (Ahmik) from this fanfic --> [link] it's really good you should go read it . u .
